Standard Terms & Conditions

1. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue.Quotes are based on visual inspections. If unforeseen circumstances arise during the work (e.g., discovering large amounts of buried rubble, hidden stumps, or hazardous materials), Treeshawood Services reserves the right to pause work and issue a revised quote for the additional labour/disposal.

 

2. Payment Terms

Payment is due in full within 7 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.Payment is accepted via Bank Transfer.Treeshawood Services reserves the right to charge late payment interest on overdue accounts at the statutory rate.

 

3. Client Responsibilities

The client must ensure that the working area is free from hazards, including pet waste, children's toys, and fragile items prior to our arrival. Treeshawood Services accepts no liability for damage to items left in the working area or damage to our machinery (e.g., mower blades) caused by hidden debris.The client must inform us of any known underground hazards, such as shallow cables or pipes, prior to any digging or stump removal.Parking must be made available for our vehicle(s) within a reasonable distance of the property.

 

4. Weather & Delays

Gardening is heavily dependent on weather conditions. Treeshawood Services reserves the right to postpone or cancel scheduled work due to severe rain, high winds, extreme heat, or any conditions that make the work unsafe or risk damaging the property/soil. We will always aim to reschedule at the earliest mutual convenience.

 

5. Waste Disposal

Unless explicitly stated in the quote that Treeshawood Services will remove waste, all green waste generated will be bagged and left neatly on site for the client to dispose of via municipal collections.Any requested waste removal will be charged as a separate line item and disposed of at a registered commercial recycling centre.
